Stockists

2. Eligibility: We evaluate potential stockists based on various factors, including business type, location, and alignment with our brand values. Coastal Belt reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale partnerships at its discretion.

3. Product Range: Stockists are expected to carry a diverse range of Coastal Belt products, including handbags, laptop bags, tote bags, and office bags. The agreed-upon product range will be outlined in the wholesale agreement.

4. Minimum Order Requirements: Coastal Belt may establish minimum order requirements for wholesale accounts. Details regarding minimum order quantities and values will be discussed during the application process.

5. Pricing and Payment: Wholesale pricing will be provided upon approval of the stockist application. Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the wholesale agreement. Coastal Belt reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing and terms at its discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times for wholesale orders will be communicated during the ordering process. Coastal Belt is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with international shipments.

7. Marketing and Brand Representation: Approved stockists are expected to represent Coastal Belt's brand in a positive manner. Marketing materials, including logos and images, will be provided to assist with promotional efforts. Any use of Coastal Belt's branding must be in accordance with our branding guidelines.

8. Returns and Exchanges: Wholesale orders are subject to the terms outlined in Coastal Belt's wholesale return and exchange policy. Stockists must adhere to these policies for any returns or exchanges.

9. Exclusivity: Coastal Belt may consider exclusivity arrangements based on the size of the wholesale partnership and the geographic location of the stockist. Exclusivity terms will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination of Partnership: Coastal Belt reserves the right to terminate a wholesale partnership if the stockist fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the wholesale agreement. Termination may occur with or without cause.
